Print Claims With There is No Insurance

If your practice does not bill insurance directly, you can print claim forms for your patients to submit to their insurance companies. With The THERAPIST, you can print indvidual Plain Paper or CMS-1500 insurance claims even though the patient does not have insurance.

1. Highlight the patient on the patient list.
2. Click the Print button.
3. Select CMS-1500 or Plain Paper Claim.
4. Select services to bill on the Services tab.
5. Complete the appropriate form fields.
6. Click the Print button.
