Downloaded the Update but Nothing Changed

Downloading the update does not install it; it simply puts the update installation program onto your computer. You still have to run this installation to actually update your copy of The THERAPIST.

Locate the twexupd.exe file using Windows Explorer then double click the file to run it. If you cannot remember where you saved it, you can can have Windows search for it. Right click (use the right mouse button) on the Start button. Select Search or Find depending on which version of Windows you are running.
