Annual Support AgreementsThere are two annual support agreements available for The THERAPIST. Both support agreements allow an unlimited number of calls for one year. You can select one individual in your organization to contact technical support. There is extra charge for each additional support contact. You can change the designated contacts up to twice a year. Other user's would turn for answers to the primary contacts who would contact Beaver Creek Software technical support as needed. You must have the latest version of The THERAPIST to purchase a support agreement. When you purchase a support agreement, you will be sent the current maintenance release. Standard Support Agreement
NOTE: Prices subject to change without notice. Premier Support AgreementThe premier support agreement starts with the standard agreement and adds all program upgrades (a maximum of one per month) on CD for one year. This includes maintenance release, minor, and major upgrades and can represent substantial savings. It does not include upgrades to the procedure and diagnosis codes which are separately licensed products.
NOTE: Prices subject to change without notice. Automatic Update ProgramAnother option is to purchase the Standard Support Agreement and sign up for the Automatic Update Program. This program lets you determine which upgrades you want, how often you want them, and gives them to you at a 10% discount. |
