Blocks of Support Calls

You can purchase technical support for The THERAPIST on a per call bases at $25.00 per call. For your convenience, you can also purchase blocks of support calls at discounted rates. Blocks of calls, unlike annual support agreements, do not expire. They remain avaialble until you use them. In addition, if it takes more than one call to resolve an issue charged to your block call, those additional calls fall under the original block call and do not result in another block call being used.

You must have purchased or upgraded to the latest version of The THERAPIST to purchase blocks of support calls.
