Reporting Bugs

If you believe that you have encountered a bug in The THERAPIST you can help us by letting us know about it. You can call, email, or fax, technical support with the information. However you report the bug, please supply as much information as possible, so we can duplicate and locate the bug. Click here for information on how to contact technical support to report bugs.

If you receive an error message in version 2.0.010 or later, you can press Ctrl+C to copy the message to the clipboard. You can then paste this into an email or fax to technical support. In earlier versions, write down the complete error message including the message window title and communicate this to technical support.
